Screenshot Policy

This policy explains what proof screenshots must show for applications, commitment submissions, and officer review.

Required

• Full-screen screenshot. Do not crop away important context.
• Your Roblox/Fisch identity must be visible when possible.
• Quest progress, completion, or rating values must be readable.
• Date/time context must be visible or reasonably inferable from Discord/upload metadata.
• Submit proof before starting a new quest cycle when current-cycle proof is required.

Not Accepted

• Do not reuse old screenshots for a new cycle or new claim.
• Do not fake, edit, or obscure screenshots in a way that changes proof meaning.
• Do not submit someone else's screenshot as your own progress.
• Do not crop out identity/progress areas officers need to verify.

Officer Review

Officers may ask for clearer proof if a screenshot is unreadable, cropped, reused, or missing context. Repeated invalid proof can affect application or crew standing decisions.

ShockieWockie uses proof screenshots to verify fair crew participation, commitment progress, and rating updates. Clear screenshots protect both the applicant/member and the crew.
